RC was mistakenly rescheduled for Thanksgiving Day (Nov 23).  Changed to Nov 30 to correct the error. Sign Off unchanged.

RC rescheduled for Nov 23 and Sign Off rescheduled for Dec 14 due to incomplete milestone tasks and issues with gating.  Voted and approved by the TSC.

Reviewed draft schedule with the TSC.  TSC approved the schedule.

Shared draft schedule with PTL meeting.  No objections or other feedback.

Uploaded a proposed schedule for Montreal using the guidelines for scheduling for the new release process (see note for Sept 7, below).

The TSC approved a new release process, following several weeks of discussions and meetings.  The new release process greatly simplifies the release process and release schedule, including eliminating milestones.  The only events on the schedule for the new process will be Kickoff, Release Candidate (RC), and Sign Off.

The TSC approved a proposal to push M1 out by two weeks to avoid conflicting with the updated London schedule.

Also added D&TF event and updated date for London Sign Off.

Met with ODL to review Montreal schedule.  The draft schedule appears to be a good fit for projected ODL release activities.  The plan is to integrate the ODL Argon release. 

No updates to the Montreal draft required.
