Description: Currently, when we talk about shared service, we found if we want to know the max shared number of a service instance, we need to know the network element information of this service instance, like CPU usage percent in resource level, and frequency of in service level, then analyze these information together to see the max shared number of it, and help SO /OOF to make decision if this instance can be shared by other service now. This may need we have a new event of collecting network element information, then DCAE has a simple judgment according to some rules, return a result to SO/OOF.
