This page captures a draft of the recommendations of the working group on the project maturity reviews in July 2020.
Guidelines used by the working group (above and beyond criteria in the technical community document):
- Committer diversity - prefer 3 or more companies represented; if only 2, then need diversity in companies contributing
- S3P requirements not considered as gating for "mature" phase
- "Mature" phase criteria are more about projects being "active"
