• Enhance VTP, VTP Portal and OVP to support:

1. The test objects that passed test certification are put into marketplace
2. OVP integrates with VTP to automatically receive VTP test results.

(1)Enable OVP with HTTP API for submit the result

(2)Enable VTP portal for result submission into OVP.

New or modified interfaces

submit_ovp_result - Supports to submit the results to OVP portal once portal is enabled with required API in place.
