There’s no seed code since ONAP R2, So 10K+ LOC in single commit is too much(even for incubations), shall we make a the limitation less ( e.g. 2K+ or 3k+ ). and if the code in single commit exceed some limitation (such as 5K+/10K+), shall it be discuss and approved in TSC?
