Important access information:

The tower where the IBM office is located is accessible from street level lobby through: Portail Sud-Ouest (South-West portal,

there is a security desk where you may ask for directions)


There is no reception at the office entrance (6th floor) therefore the host will wait at the door before the meeting. If you run late

please call the host.

Please note that we use a USB based projection system Barco ClickShare (https://www.barco.com/en/clickshare).

This system requires that your PC or your MAC is able to mount USB flash drive in order to run the screen sharing application.

If you don't have that capacity you may either: Bring a USB key with your presentation or send the presentation to the meeting host.

  • the person’s address and telephone number (both work and home)
  • your company’s relationship to the invitee and your business history together
  • whether you know the visitor personally, and if you are related
  • the purpose of the trip (if part of a longer-term project, please provide context)
  • the length of time the person will be visiting your company in Canada
  • accommodation and living expenses that your company will cover and
  • the date the person intends to leave Canada, if known.
