The tower where the IBM office is located is accessible from street level lobby through: Portail Sud-Ouest (South-West portal,

This system requires that your PC or your MAC is able to mount USB flash drive in order to run the screen sharing application.
If you don't have that capacity you may either: Bring a USB key with your presentation or send the presentation to the meeting host.

- accommodation and living expenses that your company will cover and
- the date the person intends to leave Canada, if known.
