Review Dublin Release models: ONAP R4+ Per-Project Models and API Specs

• Need to add column for related IM work. 
• Move to ONAP R4+ modeling space
• Need to work process for lifecycle status of  model elements as part of the governance process

Yang Xu will work out readthedoc and gerrit of papyrus,

• still working on Readthedocs view of the model by RC2. (May 23)
• When should snapshot of the info model be taken for Dublin release?
• Only clean models should be generated as part of readthedocs.
