The goal is to have this devicemanager also interacting with transportpce, so that we have to combine the transportPCE project with our devicemanager for ONAP. Therefore we have to replace (or at least deactivate and use this code in ours) the bundle "networkmodel" in transportPCE, because we don't want any duplicated functionality running, which may can result in duplicated request and so in dupliated traffic.
