IBM Site Access Information 

The tower where the IBM office is located is accessible from street level lobby through: Portail Sud-Ouest (South-West portal, there is a security desk where you may ask for directions)
There is no reception at the office entrance (6th floor) therefore the host will wait at the door before the meeting. If you run late please call the host.

Meeting Objectives:

Meeting Purpose:

To progress the ONAP architecture and related modeling work with the focus on providing input to the projects for the Dublin release and providing prioritization

Meaning:

• Agreement on the architecture direction for the architecture release
• Consensus on architecture topics to support the Dublin release
• Consensus on the modeling topics to support the Dublin release

This implies that directional topics are out of scope.

The agenda planning will allow for initial presentation and discussion, and allowing for re-representation after discussions.

Below is a tentative list of topics.  This still needs to be adjusted with input from the modeling sub-committee (Deng/Andy, please remove this disclaimer when done). 

Note: These topics will be folded into an agenda.  Prioritization of the topics will occur when doing so.

Information For Presenters

A USB based Barco ClickShare projection system is used at this facility 
This system requires that your PC or your MAC mount a USB flash drive in order to run the screen sharing application.
If you don't have that capacity you may either: Bring a USB key with your presentation or send the presentation to the meeting host in advance of the meeting.
