Brief Project Overview (brief as it should be known)

Provide an ETSI compliant interface adapter from ONAP Service Orchestrator to external VNF Manager(s) using  an ETSI SOL002 v2.7.1 (Link to ETSI SOL003 v2.7.1) compliant Interface 

  • Support for received VNF Life Cycle Notifications (LCN) from a VNF Manager and translation into DCAE Events

  • Oauth2 based authentication support between ONAP and VNFM(s)

New component capabilities for Guilin, i.e. the functional enhancements, if applicable

The SOL002 Adapter that is being delivered as part of the Frankfurt release (SOL003 Adapter) is compatible with v2.5.1 of the ETSI NFV SOL002 specification.  In Guilin, we propose to have the SOL002 Adapter comply with v2.7.1 of the ETSI NFV SOL002 specification.
