| 10 | Co-chair | ONAP R6 Modeling High Level Requirements Finalize 2019 Modeling Subcommittee Decisions Call for vote: PNF Software Version (Fei Zhang ) Extend 1 more week, deadline will be Oct. 15th? Agree to initiate a one week poll on the recommendation. Once recommended by modeling subcommittee, will share the recommendation with the ONAP TSC before forwarding registration request to ETSI. vote suggestion agreed as below in order to encourage comments before the poll: 1 - A "final call for comments" will be issued for a given contribution within a subteam, and socialized at the weekly modeling subcommittee meeting. 2 - If there are no unresolved comments at the end of the "final call for comments" period , a consensus vote will be called. 3 - During the consensus vote period, valid responses are yes to accept the contribution or no to not accept. 4 - Any comments during the voting period will be considered after the vote as a further enhancement (minor comments such as typos can be applied) 5 - If the contribution editor believes a commnt during the voting period must be considered, the editor can 'withdraw" the contribution from voting consideration. Refinements can then be made, and the process can restart. Reasoning for the above: A more efficient process, and assuring that what a company has voted on is not being changed during the voting process.
