Vote suggestion agreed as below in order to encourage comments before the poll: 1 - A "final call for comments" will be issued by the subteam lead for a given contribution within a modeling subteam, and socialized via subteam call, modeling email list, and at the weekly modeling subcommittee meeting at least one week prior to requesting an email poll for consensus. Also update the Modeling Current Activity Status wiki page accordingly. 2 - If there are no unresolved comments at the end of the "final call for comments" period , a consensus poll will be called. 3 - During the consensus poll period, valid responses are "yes" to accept the contribution or "no" to not accept. a - Any comments during the polling period will be considered after the poll as a further enhancement (i.e. backlog for the next iteration of the model development). However, minor comments such as typos can be applied to the model during polling consideration. Reasoning for the above: A more efficient process, and assuring that what a company has voted on is not being changed during the voting process. Use the established wiki page for capturing modeling current activity status.
